A Natural Alternate Hair Gel to Define Curls

I was inspired by naptural85 to try the Flax Seed Gel. I LOVE IT! It is a more natural gel to put in your hair as a everyday curl definer besides using those harsh hair gels, ie Eco Styler, etc.... The Flax Seed gel does leave my hair with a slight hold but not crispy like the eco styler. soft enough to touch. My Hair Regimen (remember to use what works best for YOU: -Co wash every morning with the VO5 Conditioner *Tea Therapy -Spritz hair with my water spritz mix (my hair drys fast): 2 1/2 Cup of water, 1 cup of vegetable glycerin, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juic, 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. -"My Version" of the kimmaytube leave in conditioner: www.youtube.com 2 tablespoon of Nourish Spa conditioner, 2 tablespoon of aloe vera juice, 2 teaspoon of castor oil, 2 teaspoon of almond oil. -Seal with a quater size of Olive Oil (extra virgin) -Add flax seed gel(as you would with any other hair gel curl definer) Flax Seed Recipe: -1/4 cup of Brown Flax seeds (I prefer Whole Brown Flax Seeds, I hear it works better than the golden and roasted....Whole Foods Market 1.99 lb) -2 cups of water -Essential Oils and aloe vera gel (optional) Tutorials: www.youtube.com www.frostoppa.com This batch will last me about a week or maybe a week and a half if I use it everyday. I prefer putting it in the fridge or adding 2 teaspoons of vitamin E oil to help preserve the gel, preserving it this way will last you about 2 weeks. wanted to share :o)
